NYC Personal Branding Photography

In a city of eight million faces… make yours stand out.

Running your own business is not for the faint of heart (I would know!) It can sometimes feel like every market and industry is saturated with tons of talent, and there’s no way to make a strong impression on your target audience. But what if there was a way to stand out and elevate your brand to connect with your ideal clients?

That’s where I come in.

As a personal branding photographer, I not only understand the struggles of a small business, but also the power of first impressions and the art of visual storytelling.

In an era dominated by digital presence, it’s more important than ever to invest in your personal brand. In order to cohesively deliver your message, people need professional portraits for profile photos, content for social media channels, and images for websites in order to cohesively deliver a message. My goal is to create and curate authentic, captivating images that resonate with your audience, conveying both who you are and the essence of your work.

Personal branding process

  • Connect: First things first, reach out! Fill out my inquiry form and tell me your story. I’ll respond within 48 hours to set up an initial consultation call so we can get to know each other.

  • Book: Once you’ve decided I’m the right fit for you, I’ll send over an official invoice. I require a 20% deposit to book your date. Once that’s paid, you’re on my calendar!

  • Prepare: We’ll schedule a series of consultation calls to get to know each other, dive deep into the story and message of your brand, and create mood boards, shot lists, and outfit ideas to ensure that you feel extra prepared for your shoot.

  • Shoot: Your moment to shine! You focus on being present as your best self, I’ll take care of the rest ;)

  • Deliver: Once our shoot is done, I’ll go through the images to find the very best of the best. I’ll spend hours editing, retouching, and curating your gallery. In around 2 weeks, you’ll receive an email with the link to your images.

I had a nebulous idea of the look I wanted, and I felt much more confident and excited after talking with Carly. She asked great questions to help clarify the story I wanted to tell with my photos, and she found examples in her research that perfectly captured the vibe I had in mind.

Investment: Personal Branding Session

My personal branding package starts at $1200. This includes a 3 coaching sessions pre-shoot, a 3 hour shoot, 3-5 looks, and a personalized online gallery with a minimum of 20 retouched images. Clients have the option of shooting in-studio, outdoors, or both.

Add-ons include:

  • Hair & makeup styling (I have HMUAs I love working with and am happy to recommend them to you!)

  • Travel fee (no fee for any Philadelphia locations, flat fee depending on location / lodging elsewhere)
